    hi Sarah I like your videos and bought the pregnancy series videos online. now the doctor says I have a complete preview situation and should not do yoga. can you please advise what yoga poses are safe in such a situation

    Yay! I am so excited that you have prenatal posts now (congrats to you). I followed your channel and did your routines before I was pregnant and then had to search around for a while to find a few prenatal routines that I liked throughout my pregnancy.
