    OMG this was so relaxing I didn't even realize the time (1am )the 30 min went super fast. I have Lumbar scoliosis so this was very soothing on my spine. This is going be my new routine for a second. I am also a cat person cats are awesome!!!!

    one of my favorites... after watching this video I felt calm and peaceful. My daughter and  I live with ADHD, we both have problems with sleeping its hard for us to turn down lol, we are all over the place.  I would like  to try something new for the both of us. Maybe we can both start with your videos.. I'm very interested in trying yoga, hopefully we can come off medication. We need a starting point. I'm excited to began this journey with my daughter. I have good feeling your videos will be helpful. I'll keep you posted.

    Hola Ms. Jen Hilman, I'm a Hermit Crab, Lizard, Dog as well as Cat person. Thank you again for this, I am so in LOVE with your videos. I was 20 minutes into this, really feeling it when my doorbell rang, I had to stop, but I picked up where I left off, even though I felt totally off kilter, but I enjoyed the visit from the one who was at my door immensely.
