    I just did this and love it!! I've been trying to find a yoga flexibility routine but haven't been able to find one that fits well but this is perfect! My body feels great right now. I have like zero flexibility so some moves were challenging but I'm hoping to keep up with it and excited to see my progress in the upcoming weeks/months. Thank you! And I love your dreads, Cole!

    kind of off-topic but I was wondering if cole could share how she keeps her dreads in place during yoga? using my locks to tie them up comes undone too easily and they get distracting lol

    I am a PE teacher in NJ. We do your yoga workout with all of our 1000 students 9-12, high school. They love it. We do yoga with them 3x a week. Nice job.

    Ive been doing yoga and meditation for three days in a row thanks to your channel! it is amazing, my body feels so relax, the tension in my back and neck are slowly releasing and i feel so much better....
