    I loved this video. It was a good workout and I liked that it focused on only a few moves. I would have liked a bit more detail in how our<br />bodies should be; knees over feet, back flat in downward dog, etc. Otherwise, I thought this was great for beginners.

    Don't know how it works but it works for real! I just took it as prescribed and did my own workout that's mainly consisted of running. After a month, I weighed significantly lesser than I did before. This big results motivates me to put on more effort on my workout. Soon, I'd be able to reach my goal.     ( Weight Loss Green Store Tea product ) is a wonderful product. I was watching what I eat (Low carbs) and exercising at least 3 times a week but hit a sticking point at 10 pounds down so I decided to try this product....two weeks later I am 16 pounds down!I works fantastic. It taste good and I use it only once a day, it cleans your system out that is for sure.

    I really liked this practice. Although at one point it was fast, it wasn't just straight sun salutations which I really enjoyed. I feel like this is gonna be one of my regular routines now.

    What exactly is the difference between crossing the legs and stacking the shins? You both look like you're in pretty much the same seated position for the first four minutes and at the end.
