    Curious what you'd recommend for an injured athlete to do? I've had plantar fasciitis for the last several months and haven't been able to run, cycle or lift to a decent amount. Swimming works whenever I have a pool available, but I'm not always around one. Advice?

    As a multisport and athlete and now as an exerciser and triathlete I have always wanted to use yoga for improving strength, flexibility, power, etc. but I have never really been able to get into the meditative component of yoga. I liked this video because the poses were simple enough that I could do all of them, but challenging enough for me to have a lot of room to improve as I become more flexible. The focus wasn't on the meditation aspect of yoga, but still emphasized the importance of breath. I will definitely continue to use SeanVigueFitness yoga videos!
