    Can you please tell me when we have to start the second workout (i mean duration like after a month or what???).......When you say breath in please do say when we have to breath out. Im expecting when should i breath out......i dint watch this workout but in 1 video its there......please say when should i breath out........

    Erica, you are a lovely lady. You have provided us with wonderful, informative, and effective FREE yoga videos. I don't think you should worry about people not liking your body jewelry. They don't have to watch! If you're paying attention to your posture you wouldn't have time to be distracted!

    I'm doing Part 1 regularly now and have started to incorporate Part 2 occasionally to phase myself in. I hadn't noticed how much my body had changed (posture, shape, weight loss ) until my friends pointed it out. Really strengthening my body too! Great work Erica!

    Have only recently moved into yoga and I have to say I'm loving it, it's a great balance between running and weights to help keep me stretched and mobile. Really enjoying Erica's videos. Also I saw your belly button ring once you mentioned it then was busy doing the practises to take any notice, keep it in its yours not anyone else's!

    Now, I just saved myself from pigging out. I'm really glad that the appetite suppressant thing of this one worked its trick on me because if it didn't then I'm probably a hopeless case. See, this is my 4th supplement and so far nothing can beat the potency of this one in all aspects. Energy wise, it's completely okay. It's actually cheaper than others too. Good thing I went for this one more Weight loss green store tea.
