    First time ever I LIKED YOGA!!! yeah, I sat on a pillow and...my knees don't straighten out.....But, I did it and it did only seem like 5 minutes. Oh, yeah, I took a break in the middle of the plank part. So, stick with it, ppl.! You have to start somewhere. Congratulate yourdelf for what you DID, plz don't hate on self for not being perfect at it. Be your own best friend and ENCOURAGE YOURSELF!!! Your life will only be as happy, healthy as YOU allow yourself to be. Practice positive thots and DON'T GIVE UP!

    Hi Courtney, i love your yoga workouts but have a problem. I had an operation on my collarboan and am not allowed to use my left arm for 6 weeks. Do you have yoga workouts for people who can not use their arms? Sommer is coming and i really would like to have a flat belly

    when we go into the downward dog pedalling the feet i have quite a sharp pain in my side, what would that be from? my hamstrings are horribly tight so i dont have my feet flat on the ground. anybody?

    I decided to give you video a shot, It's my first time doing yoga and at 280lbs, some of the poses were difficult for me but I pushed through and I feel awesome. Thank you so much, I'm looking forward to getting stronger each day and I can't wait till I'm able to advance to the next video.
