    Thank you for another wonderful video. As for the question at the end (what would you like to see?), I would greatly appreciate a flow that involves the whole body but with a special focus on the strength and flexibility of the ankle. Yoga is helping me with recovery from my ankle injury & surgery, and since ankle injuries are so common, I think a lot of people would enjoy that video. All of the videos I can find on "yoga for the ankle" show moves only for the ankle, which are helpful, but I would like to see them incorporated into a longer sequence that involves the whole body.
