  2. My neck Is like 40 years older than I am. I'm in chronic pain and it affects my neck and entire head in the back and my face. I get little .relief. I just did this and I felt alot.of pain. More pain.But it released some pain. I need to keep doing it until the dr can help me. Some of this is due to stage diving and headbanging in my young years. Kids. I will NEVER encourage yall to get out in a pit and do what I did. All for music. It's stupid. I ruined my body because of some stupid concert. Then I had accidents too. So I hope this will help some. The yoga for the neck. Thank you for sharing. Bless u.

    This really helped thank you! But I'll admit turning my head towards my shoulders hurt really bad, so I barely went down from the pull I felt. But I still feel so much better!

    thank you i've got the neck pain since a week ago and i couldnt bend easily or move toward right left of my head. Hope it will help me release the tension

    Good stretch! A slight recommendation -- you might want to verbally refer to the viewer's perspective (left, right) rather than your own. It just helps the viewer a bit when the image matches the directions you're giving verbally.

    Hi! I am been suffering from a severe neck/shoulder pain for a while. More or less the chiropractor has successfully loosened the "locks" in my neck. But the problem is that I have a tendency to shrug and pace up my breathing which is causing the pain and stiffness during everyday tasks. I am doing yoga for a couple of weeks. I just need some advice on how to avoid my shoulders to shrug during the day? I would be extremely grateful if you could shed some light on this. This unconscious shrugging normally occurs during computer work.

    No exercise will cure frozen shoulder and neck pain. always do before it come.
