    I have Multiple Sclerosis and am currently going through a flare up of my symptoms. It makes me very tired and gives me pain throughout my lower body. This video was fantastic for stretching me out and just helping me feel a little more in control of my body. The thing about letting go of something in a twist also made me think about how much anger I've held in myself for being ill. Thank you very much for helping me feel better.

    I do not know yoga but have the tightest hamstrings, neck & back known to man so I really enjoyed Coles's gentle stretches. I have meditated on & off for many years so I thoroughly enjoyed the meditative aspect as well. Thanks, Cole! This makes me less apprehensive about trying some beginning yoga!

    question, in the gentle full body stretches you have us inhaling as we twist right & exhaling as we twist left. is this intentionally backwards from the idea of receiving along the left & releasing to the right?

  24. I've been doing beginners' yoga by Chole for 7 days now. I feel much better. My body is very relaxed and a bit more flexible. Going to keep committing to doing yoga and meditation daily.
