    Thank you Lisa! It's an awesome video with quite a good number of posture unlike to other flat belly video on youtube! The good thing in every movement and pose you mentioned the breathing - when to inhale and exhale. That, I think, is one of the most important points in yoga. I started yoga a few weeks back, have been on jogging and other exercises almost for a year. Recently, I lost weight after starting yoga. Can see yoga does work. I'd like to know what to do to lose fats around naval area. My belly has got new shape yet in that there are still fats and it looks prominently different than other area of the tummy.     is it just me or do you not feel much of a workout from this? I'm 17 and I rarely do anything physical but I could go through this video multiple times without feeling like I actually worked out my abs. Am I doing something wrong?
