    Thank you for the thorough explanations! Since you asked, I would love to see around 45 min. videos. Thirty isn't enough exercise time since maybe 10 min. goes to warmup and cool down, and 1 hour is a bit too long for my average workout day. <br /><br />Also, I'd love to see videos at the level of someone who is new to yoga specifically but not new to working out so is able to handle a more intense workout. Thank you!

    Great workout! Too bad my knee surgery is still difficult to deal with when the poses require you to kneel down. I wasnt able to maximize the whole thing. Nonetheless, great work Erica!

    This is a great practice, and your instruction is so thorough and easy to understand that I rarely need to look at the screen. I do wish there was some silence in the instruction. It's nice to experience poses on one's own for a few breaths, regardless of level of experience.
