    I usually love psychetruth videos but this one was awful. For ten minutes, I didn't even break a sweat. Plus she takes too long to describe each transition. I found it very boring.

    i do this stuff every day before work. i start with side to side twists and marching knees high and a couple of cobra's before i get even half way i need to run to the toilet and empty my bowels it just falls right out ! ha ha! too much info? i know but thats how good it is just by adding a few easy movements!! cheers

    These are easy but not really easy enough for most over weight people. It would be good to show a well practiced over-weight person who knows some likely needed modifications.
