    You should google it. This yoga book contains great picture of the poses, and it has helpful instructions about the benefits of each pose. I like the fact that it cautions against certain <b>Yoga Fitness Perfecta Solution</b> poses for peolpe who have certain medical conditions. I highly recommend this book to anyone at any level of yoga practice.
