    I never thought I would ever do yoga in my life. But, here I am. I have always known that I was a total couch potato, and it was really hard for me to get out and do some cardio like i did when i was younger. How I ended up here was...completely by chance. I only saw an add with a guy doing it, and thought, well...why not~?<br /><br />After these 10 minutes alone I feel a bit better. A little more alive and a little more focused. My body feels a little more relaxed and loose as well. I truly do appreciate what you do, and also proving a few things wrong about yoga. it is a good way to keep yourself in shape and as well as a great way to keep your mind ready.~ Especially for people like who has ADD. So, again, thank you for using your time to do these videos when you really did not need too.

    Great starter video - new to all this and with the hundreds on line this was the right speed, most way to fast and even though they say for beginnners still move at a pace hard to keep up with....this was great!

    I've attended a couple of classes around my area. I felt great afterwards.<br />But this, the way you explain each pose. The encouragement and your general attitude are incredible. I've never felt this loose and refreshed after a session. <br /><br />You rock.

    +SeanVigueFitness, I'm a new comer to yoga because I always have knee problems especially after playing basketball. Either it hurts to bend my knees and stiff, or one might get swollen.I feel more lose after but it's still a little stiff. Any suggestions? Also, I was fearing for your life with that dinosaur that was lurking! Thing sounds dangerous!

    Since this is for beginners, it would be good to mention how to not pull a muscle. Because, a beginner might try to push themselves to get the flexibility that you have.
